Repairs

Repairs track damage and maintenance work tied to gear. Each ticket builds a history on the item record so your team can see what has happened over time.

Repair list

Use the status filters and the 3-dot menu to move through open tickets without relying on tap-to-open cards.

Create a ticket

  1. 1Choose New ticket from the repairs page.
  2. 2Enter a short title, attach the ticket to a gear item, and add context in the notes.
  3. 3Attach up to five photos when images will help the repair queue understand the issue faster.
  4. 4Set the initial status and save the ticket.

The same photo-capable ticket flow is also available from the public repair page on a label, so non-members can submit useful evidence without needing an internal account.

Update a ticket

Open the ticket through the 3-dot menu, switch into edit mode, and update the status, notes, or linked gear as the repair progresses.

Repair details

The repair detail page keeps the linked gear, status, notes, photos, and comments together so the ticket history stays useful over time.

Delete a ticket

Deletion should be reserved for mistakes or duplicates. For completed work, prefer leaving the ticket in the history so the gear record stays useful.

Note: Completed repair history is often more valuable than a perfectly clean ticket list.
