Tickets

The ticketing system allows you to manage issues related to your gear. Tickets can be created for repairs, lost items, or any other issues.

Managing Tickets

In the Ticket Management section, you can view all open and completed tickets. Use the search bar to find specific tickets or filter by status.

Create Tickets

To create a new ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Add Ticket" button.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Title: A brief summary of the issue.
    • Gear: Search and select the gear item related to the ticket.
    • Notes: Provide additional details about the issue.
    • Status: Set the initial status of the ticket (e.g., Pending, In Progress).
  3. Click "Submit Ticket" to create the ticket.

Update Tickets

To update an existing ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the ticket you wish to update.
  2. Click the edit icon (pencil) on the ticket card.
  3. Update the necessary fields such as Title, Gear, Notes, and Status.
  4. Click "Save Changes" to update the ticket.

Delete Tickets

To delete a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the ticket you wish to delete.
  2. Click the edit icon (pencil) on the ticket card.
  3. Scroll down and click the "Delete Ticket" button.
  4. Confirm the deletion to remove the ticket from the system.
