Faster inventory and reservation workflows
How this release improves reservation preparation, inventory selection, gear editing, and several everyday reliability details.
Print-ready reservation checklists
Existing reservations now include a Print checklist action. The print-friendly sheet includes the event details, dates, notes, item count, and a checkbox for every reserved item.
Gear is grouped by storage location and sorted alphabetically, making the checklist practical for pulling equipment from multiple rooms or storage areas.
Faster gear selection and navigation
When adding gear to a reservation, group available items by category or location, collapse groups, and select an entire group at once. Search and filters still work alongside the grouped view.
Inventory, reservation, and repair cards now open by clicking anywhere on the card and support keyboard navigation. Inventory multi-select uses a visible checkbox instead of a hidden press-and-hold gesture.
Clearer inventory and repair work
The Inventory All view hides inactive gear by default, with a toggle to include it when needed. Gear editing now keeps save, delete, and repair actions close at hand with a desktop action panel and a mobile action bar that moves out of the way while typing.
Repair history shows open tickets immediately and lets you reveal completed tickets on demand, so active work is easier to find without hiding older records.
Image, label, and check-in fixes
The first uploaded image is now used as the cover image when gear does not already have one. This works for both newly created gear and the first image added to an existing item.
Bulk label PDFs no longer add a blank final page when the label count exactly fills a sheet. Check-in and check-out failures now show the specific server message once instead of following it with a second generic error.
