Description of Services
GearScout offers an inventory management and ticketing system designed specifically for any group or organization. Our services help in tracking equipment, managing repairs, and ensuring that gear is always ready for use.

User Limits
Each subscription to GearScout is limited to use by a maximum of 20 users per group. Additionally, each group is allocated up to 512MB of data storage. Exceeding these limits may require upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

Subscription Sharing
Subscriptions to GearScout are intended for use by a single group only. Sharing subscriptions or access across multiple groups is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 7 days after the purchase. For refund requests, please contact us at dylan@gearscout.ca.

User Data Collection
