Bulk labels and scanner improvements

Bulk labels are a practical milestone because they speed up one of the most repetitive setup jobs in the whole app. When a group is onboarding a lot of gear or relabeling older inventory, printing one label at a time is not enough.

This release makes labels more realistic for larger inventories and for groups that are doing a serious labeling pass for the first time.

Scanner work continues through a series of follow-up updates. Cooldown behavior, repeated scans, selection issues, and general reliability all get attention as people use the workflow more heavily.

That steady cleanup matters because the scanner only earns trust when it works reliably over and over, not just in a clean demo.

This period also opens up more ways to handle check-in and check-out outside the main member workflow. That gives groups more flexibility in how they use GearScout when gear changes hands in different contexts.

Alongside signup and email improvements, it shows the product starting to adapt to real operational variation instead of assuming one perfect workflow for everyone.
